30-Day Guarantee: We want you to be completely in love with your EQJ piece. If you are not satisfied with your ready-to-wear purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates included. Scratched, altered, or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Custom Items: Please note that custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and specially sourced gemstones are final sale and are not eligible for return.
