Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are fully insured. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom-designed and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days.
How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising. Clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Store your pieces in the provided EQJ pouch when not in use.
